Welcome to our collection of pre-made personal training programs designed to kickstart your fitness journey and help you achieve your health and wellness goals. Our thoughtfully curated programs are crafted by an experienced personal trainer, ensuring a balanced and effective approach to fitness. Whether you're a beginner looking to establish a fitness routine or an experienced enthusiast seeking a new challenge, our pre-made programs cater to all fitness levels. All programs can be completed from the comforts of your home or a fitness facility, such as a gym. If you want to get the most bang for your buck, we highly recommend utilizing a gym to access heavier weights. We have included home alternatives focusing on the same muscle groups for specific movements. Home alternatives, where applicable, can be included in your gym sessions for extra progress.

BEGINNER

This 8-week program will consist of a 3-day training split. Every two weeks, the intensity of the exercise movements will increase. Of the 3-days it will be a heavy load day focusing on strength, a medium load day focusing on muscular strength and endurance, and a light load day focusing on muscular endurance. This is strictly a beginner's weight training guide, meaning it is aimed at those who want to begin an exercise routine and/or have started an exercise routine and need a little extra guidance.

INTERMEDIATE

This 8-week program will consist of a 4-day training split with alternating weeks of heavy strength-focused and muscular endurance-focused exercises. It is highly recommended that you have at least 1 year of experience before participating in this program.

ADVANCED

This 8-week program will consist of a 5-day training split with alternating days/weeks of heavy strength focus and muscular endurance focus. Every two weeks, the intensity of the exercise movements will increase. It is highly recommended that you have at least two to three years of experience before participating in this program.
