Beginner Training Guide


This 8-week program will consist of a 3-day training split. Every two weeks, the intensity of the exercise movements will increase. Of the 3-days it will be a heavy load day focusing on strength, a medium load day focusing on muscular strength and endurance, and a light load day focusing on muscular endurance. This is strictly a beginner's weight training guide, meaning it is aimed at those who want to begin an exercise routine and/or have started an exercise routine and need a little extra guidance.
